"Had a renter’s insurance with them, even after telling explicitly to cancel it on a certain date they canceled it way before(and blamed it as system error). And even after calling almost 20 times(they only picked up twice and didn’t take any action) and quite a few emails(no replies) they took zero action. Never been disappointed like this before, it shows lack of accountability, concern and empathy for customers."

"Updated review as of Nov 2025: I needed to add renters insurance as my circumstances are changing. I called and asked for Tiffany Leach at 4:58pm. She had just packed up to leave, so Brandon Robinson offered to help me, even though it was now past 5:00. I had an urgent need to show that I had secured renters insurance, and Brandon took care of me in minutes. I received the needed declarations page very shortly after ending the call, uploaded it, and I will be very happily moving into my new apartment this week! Thank you, Brandon, and a big shout out to Tiffany and the wonderful folks who keep this office running with smiles all around!! ******** (First review: Feb 2025) I called this office in a panic about insurance on a car I bought last month (long story), and I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who assisted me. Tyra, who first took my call, was extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. She listened patiently and with compassion while I explained the situation, and then she transferred me to Tiffany, the account manager who will handle my account. Tiffany was equally kind and helpful, and made useful suggestions about products that would enable me to claim a multi-policy discount without coming across like a ‘pushy salesperson.’ This was my first time interacting with this particular office and they both made a wonderful first impression.
