"Very odd woman. I did not feel welcomed. She said she would send some documents to my claim manager also and never did. Kept trying to rush me out of the door. I’m a statefarm customer and do not deserve this treatment"

"What a difference in agents office can make when you’re trying to change your auto and home insurance! I’ve been with StateFarm practically my entire adult life. I recently moved from Oregon to Atlanta, and the agent I initially chose was always unavailable, non-responsive, and very unhelpful! While searching for a new agent, it came across Angie Brown’s office! Thank goodness I did! From the woman who answered the phone, to the agent that handled everything for me, it was above and beyond professional, and extremely helpful!
